Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Remain in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging with all seals, cellophane wrapping, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Before a return can be approved, we may request:

  • A photo of the front of the product box.

  • A photo of the back of the product box.

  • A photo showing the manufacturer's seal or cellophane wrapping is fully intact.

  • Confirmation that the item has not been opened, tested, or sprayed.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for reasons other than an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not reimburse return shipping fees for returns due to:

  • Personal scent preference.

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordering the wrong item.

  • No longer wanting the product.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged during transit.

  • You received the wrong item.

In these cases, we will review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, authenticity, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened fragrances.

  • Used fragrances.

  • Fragrances that have been tested or sprayed.

  • Products with broken or removed manufacturer seals.

  • Personal care items (including body sprays, lotions, cosmetics, and similar products).

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Gift cards.

Personal Scent Preference

Fragrance preference is subjective. Returns will not be accepted solely because a customer does not like the scent, notes, strength, or performance of a fragrance if the product has been opened, tested, or used.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, and special-offer items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible unopened product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
